Optimist and Alexandra Smith

Fantastic Fall Finals for SBS Farms

October 27, 2022

The SBS Farms team traveled to the Pennsylvania National, the New England Equitation Finals and attended the BTRC Show in October and collected a variety of great ribbons along the way.

In Harrisburg, Alexandra Smith and Liberty Road qualified in the 3’3” Large Junior Hunter, 16-17, section and had good rounds in a competitive group. The pair strutted around the Farm Show Arena and ended up sixth in the under saddle.

Stephanie Brennan qualified for the New England Equitation Championships and had a great time. She ended up in the top 20 of the 28-45 Medal Finals!

Reagan Perry and Qualens Bally Wyck

Reagan Perry and Qualens Bally Wyck were champions their first time out in the 2’ Beginner Hunters back home at the BTRC Show, while Phoenix Oppenheimer and Greystokes Jamaican Vacation earned championship honors in the Low Children’s Hunters.

Lulu Semple and Cakewalk

Liz Schaab’s Bellamy Brother earned the championship in the Thoroughbred Hunters, and Optimist and Alexandra Smith captured tricolor honors in the Modified Junior Hunters. Lulu Semple and Cakewalk earned the reserve championship in the Modified Junior Hunters and won the BTRC Medal and the NonPro Derby for a fantastic show.

Crisp and Alexandra Smith placed second in the BTRC Derby and had good rounds in the Modified Junior Hunters.
